The Hunger Walk Run -- an annual 5K walk and “fun run” that began in 1984 -- is an event of the Atlanta Community Food Bank that unites the community to raise awareness and critical funds for local hunger relief.
Work for this event has included billboards, t-shirt designs, stage banners and event signage, paid media, and digital and printed promotional materials.
2024 | 40th Anniversary Logo Design
When approaching the design for the 40th anniversary, the first step was to start with the original Hunger Walk Run logo. To commemorate the 40th year, the peach emblem was modified, and a complementary banner was created in the Food Bank’s extended color palette to represent the variety of walkers, runners, and rollers that support this event year after year.
